What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and you get a full refund of the total amount, with no fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are not refunded. VIP transfers, day trips, multi-stop and custom journeys can be cancelled for a full refund up to 6 hours before pickup. Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will confirm in writing.
How much does a transfer cost?
Airport and city transfers start at 20 € for the whole vehicle, covering any journey up to 11 km. Longer journeys cost more: 11–13 km adds 15%, 13–15 km adds 30%, and beyond 15 km adds 60%. From 20 km the price keeps rising with the distance — roughly 50 € at 30 km and 70 € at 45 km for one or two passengers. Each passenger after the second adds 5 €. Long-distance routes have their own fixed fares. The booking form gives you the exact figure before you commit.
How do I book a transfer?
Fill in the form on the website and you get the price straight away, or message us on WhatsApp. Pay by card on our secure payment page or in cash to your driver. Either way you get a confirmation email with a printable PDF to show the driver.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card online, or cash to your driver on the day. Card payments are taken on our payment provider’s own secure page, so your card details never reach us. If you pay online there is nothing to pay the driver.
Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
Do you run day trips and excursions?
Yes — Agafay, Essaouira, Ourika, Ouzoud, Aït Ben Haddou and multi-day Sahara trips. They are priced per group, per date and per pickup point rather than sold at a fixed rate, so they are arranged over WhatsApp and we quote you before you commit.
Can I book a transfer at any time?
Yes, our service is available 24/7. You can book anytime, day or night.
Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
The price is for the whole vehicle, never multiplied per person. It does step up with the size of your group, because six people need a bigger car than two — but four people travelling together pay one fare between them.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, free, on request. Add it under Special Requests when you book and tell us the age of the child so we bring the right seat.
What languages do your drivers speak?
Our drivers speak English, French and Spanish, so you can be understood from the moment you land.
Do you travel outside Marrakech?
Yes. Fixed prices to Essaouira, Fes, Ouarzazate, Casablanca, Agadir, Rabat, Chefchaouen and more, each with its own page showing the distance, the drive time and the fare for your group size. Every price is on our prices page.
What happens if my flight arrives early or late?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Your driver waits for you, with no extra charge for the delay.
